Digby Pines Golf Resort and Spa offers a variety of weekly Nova Scotia tours. If you don’t see the tour you are looking for or would like to participate in a tour at a different time, we can make that happen! Off-Site Tours and Events
This is a game of high-tech hide and seek. Participants use a GPS to hunt for containers called geocaches. Geocaches are currently placed in over 100 countries around the world and on all seven continents. Our staff will be pleased to assist you with GPS instruction and then send you off to geocache on a self-guided adventure.
Cost: $30.00 rental of one GPS unit. Inquire about a picnic lunch at an additional charge.
From Vines to Wines Tour
Take a guided tour of two unique wineries located in the picturesque Bear River, the Village on stilts. Tour includes guide and wine tasting at both wineries.
Cost: $49.00 per person.*
*Tour rates are based on a maximum of six people. Private tours can also be arranged at an additional cost. Independent tours available as well. Picnic lunches available upon request for an additional cost.
Vines to Wine & Flora Tour
Take a guided winery and vineyard tour of two unique wineries located in picturesque Bear River, the Tidal Village on Stilts. Then stop and smell the roses as you escape from the hectic pace of everyday life with a visit to the Annapolis Historic Gardens showcasing gardening methods, designs and materials representing more than 400 years of local history. Tour includes guide and wine tasting at both wineries.
Cost: $55.00 per person.*

The Island Experience
Embark on a journey to explore Digby Neck and the Islands.
Stroll along the trails on Brier Island and discover the history. You might even spot seals slumbering on the rocks! Return to long island for lunch at Lavena’s Catch Café ” listed in Where To Eat In Canada since 2002 and featured in an episode of the Food Network’s series Pitchin’ In hosted by Chef Lynn Crawford.
After lunch, enjoy a drive around the North East Cove and a visit to the Warner House. A home with almost 200 years of history in the village of Freeport. Stop at the beautiful Sandy Cove beach and enjoy a stroll along the beautiful red sandy expanse and learn about the mystery man of Sandy Cove.
Visit the Gulliver’s Cove at high cliffs, an outstanding place to explore sea caves and waterfalls, large boulders and high cliffs or just sit and take in the panoramic view of the Bay of Fundy.

Explore Weymouth and the Acadian Shore
Take the day to explore Weymouth and the Acadian Shore! Visit Sissiboo Landing, a Cultural Interpretive Center based on a wealth of information about the five cultures that founded Weymouth and continued to work and live in harmony.
The five cultures represented include the Mi’kmaq First Nations, United Empire Loyalist, Black Loyalist, Acadians and the New France settlers. Tour “Hug your Nanny Cheese” farm, a local entrepreneur that wants to share her love of goats along with their milk and cheese, experience Smuggler’s Cove, a sandy inlet that has a history of adventure and contraband with its ocean carved cave.
Visit the Rendez-vous de la Baie interpretive centre with a guided tour learning the history of the Acadian culture and taste test a traditional dish of the Acadians at the Café. Then off to St. Mary’s Church at Church Point, the largest and tallest wooden structure in North America. Conclude your tour visiting the stone church of St Bernard, one of the largest granite churches in Nova Scotia,that only took 32 years to construct.
