Our yoga retreat weekend is designed for people of all ages and all skill levels. If you're new to yoga, we'd like to share with you three tips to have an enjoyable experience:
1. Breathe through all aspects of your practice. It will make your poses easier, your focus stronger and your results better.
2. Don't compare yourself to others. Remember you are your only competition.
3. Be comfortable and aware of your limits. There are some poses that may not be easy for you, acknoledge them and modify until you can successfully complete them.
It really is that simple! Yoga is all about you. This weekend is designed with your wellbeing in mind. Take one weekend to care of your mind and body at Digby Pines this June.
