Food and Beverage Server

The primary responsibilities of the Food and Beverage Server are to take all guests orders and expedite the orders from the kitchen in a presentable and timely manner according to established company standards, to have full knowledge of entire menu, daily specials, drinks and dessert and actively sell menu items.
You will also be required to work banquet functions, set tables, clear and clean tables, serve wine, brew and serve coffee and tea and maintain a sanitary environment in accordance with local health codes.
Employees will be expected to have knowledge of daily and upcoming resort events and functions, to work as a team member and communicate well with all Food and Beverage, Kitchen and other resort staff.
