At Digby Pines Golf Resort and Spa we offer six conference rooms with seating capacity for 8-250 guests in a theatre-style configuration from The Pines Room to the Digby Hall.
At 3,850 square feet and ceiling heights that reach 20 feet at its peak, Digby Hall is a fitting room for employee recognition events, product launches, tradeshows and keynote lunches or dinners accommodating up to 250 people banquet-style configuration. Acoustically, Digby Hall is perfect for live entertainment and dances. The hall is equipped with a food finishing kitchen, spacious washrooms and the entrance foyer is convenient for convention registration. Wide access doors at the rear of the building provide easy access to the hall for automobile and equipment displays.
Salon A, B and C combine to provide over 3,900 square feet of meeting space. The lower foyer is ideal for coffee and nutrition stations. Individually, the salons are suitable for break out requirements and small meetings for groups up to 100 in a classroom-style configuration. The ground level, rear entrance doors also enable easy access to the salons for unloading automobiles or large displays.
At Digby Pines Golf Resort and Spa, the Grande Lounge is an elegant setting for a pre or post dinner reception, accommodating from 150 to 200 people.
The Pines Room
Located on the lobby level, offering 360 square feet, the Pines Room is the perfect boardroom setting for up to 20 attendees. It is often used as a convention office or media centre for those requiring office facilities while convening.
Located on the Lobby Floor level, off the Grand Lounge, The Veranda room has a panoramic view of the Annapolis Basin. Watch the lobster boats, and the scallop and fishing fleet go by in as you relax in an armchair, comfy sofa, or giant ottoman. The Veranda is a great place to relax, sip on a beverage and watch the world go by.
Churchill’s Restaurant and Lounge
Join us for a delicious meal in Churchill’s Restaurant and Lounge! The Digby Pines Golf Resort and Spa restaurant offers elegant decor and is the perfect spot to treat your taste buds after productive meeting.
Garden Room & Culinary Studio
Located on the lower level of the main hotel at Digby Pines Golf Resort and Spa, adjacent to Churchill’s Restaurant and Lounge, the Garden Room offers a view of the garden, front lawn terrace and Annapolis Basin. With seating for up to 60 for a banquet, 75 for a reception and 45 for culinary, the theatre-style configuration also features a Culinary studio. Your convention guests will learn “Chef’s Secrets” in preparing world famous Digby scallops and Nova Scotia lobster. We can also tailor a specific program to peak your group’s interest. Please inquire with our Conference Services Manager when making your group reservation.
All meeting/function rooms are equipped with single phase 120v electrical outlets. An auxillary panel is available on the Digby Hall stage for additional power. All meeting rooms have complimentary WIFI and high speed internet.
