Package Enhancements

Digby Pines Golf Resort and Spa would like you to make the most of your time with us!  The following package enhancements are great for individuals, couples, groups, and families to add adventure to your stay.

*The Thirsty Bear Trail –  Wine, Beer, & Distillery Tours of Nova Scotia

Experience a four hour guided tour with light lunch, while enjoying locally made, award winning wines, cider, cellos, beers, liqueurs and moonshine.

$125 + hst per person
Minimum 4 persons/Max 8 persons
Based on availability at time of booking

*Paddle Adventure Add-on

Experience some of the best paddling in Nova Scotia. Canoe along the waterways where the Mi’kmaq paddled for thousands of years.

Package includes:
Day rental of a canoe
Full safety equipment
Add to any package for $40 per day per canoe – each canoe will accommodate 2 adults and 2 small children (each child under 50 pounds) or 2 adults and one child (child over 60 pounds).


*Bike Adventure Add-on

Biking is a great way to explore all of the wonders of Kejimkujik National Park.

Package includes:
Day rental of two bikes
Full safety equipment
Add-On: $40 per bike per day.


*Adventure Park Add-on

Upper Clements Amusement Park Fast Passes (for those 42″ and taller) may be purchased at the Digby Pines Golf Resort and Spa front desk or added to your room package for a discounted rate of $25 per person (plus tax).
*Transportation not included with any package enhancement


*Stones, Steeples, Ships and Seafood Historic Walking tour

Take a stroll back in time with Greg Turner and discover Digby’s dynamic history and rich cultural background from centuries ago.
Add to any package for $26 adult, $20.00, under 5 is free (tax included). 


*Plankton, Periwinkles and Predators Add-on

Greg Turner will take you to the edge of the Bay of Fundy to observe the effects of a nine meter tidal range, providing an exciting view into one of the worlds most dynamic and diverse ecosystems. Tours based on low tide times.
Add to any package for $33 adult, $26 youth, under 5 is free (tax included). 

*Tour rates are based on a maximum of six people. Private tours can also be arranged at an additional cost. Independent tours available as well.


*Historic Garden Passes

Historic Garden Passes may be purchased at the Digby Pines Golf Resort and Spa at the front desk or added to your room package for a discounted rate of $10 per person (tax included). 

*Graveyard Tour

Have you ever thought of a graveyard as a place of adventure, learning and discovery? If you enjoy unique experiences and want to find our more about “images of the past etched in stone” don’t miss the chance to tour the Oldest English Graveyard in Canada by candlelight. This lively tour takes place in Annapolis Royal at Fort Anne where thousands of people have taken part in this evening filled with fun. Wear comfortable walking shoes and don’t forget to bring your sense of adventure!

EVERY NIGHT in July – August
9:30 pm, Fort Anne National Historic Site in Annapolis Royal, Nova Scotia (Meet at Fort Anne parking lot).

*National Historic District Tour

Journey along one of North America’s oldest thoroughfares with a costumed interpreter and explore the scenic National Historic District – the largest in Canada. The National Historic District Tour brings 400 years to life and is an excellent visitor orientation to this unique region – showcasing both past and present. Get the inside stories behind the national historic sites, colourful characters and landmark buildings. Learn about modern day attractions and special events.

Every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 2:00 pm.
Meet at the lighthouse in Annapolis Royal, Nova Scotia.
Adult $10, Youth (13-18) $5 and Child (12 & Under) $3 (tax included).

*Experience “The Cradle of Acadie”

Featured in 2014 on CBC TV’s “Land and Sea” and also on Rediscovering Canada Television.

Stroll along the shores where Acadians first arrived in the area on an Acadian/Mi’kmaq Experience with Alan Melanson, a 10th generation Acadian. Meander down the thoroughfare the Acadians would have walked. Experience all aspects of the Acadian lifestyle while retracing the renaissance of the Acadian culture.
