The Big Church is an indulgent, Chef-driven take on a classic burger….using local ingredients and house-baked buns.

We take a perfectly seared Route One Butchery patty from Annapolis Royal, crown it with delectable, slow-braised beef cheek marmalade, melt Gruyère cheese, add perfectly caramelized onions and grainy Dijon Mustard aioli on a freshly baked bun. Now….that’s a burger! Served with fries.

Available in Churchill’s Dining Room throughout April. $23 plus tax.
